摘要
目的:分析冠心病伴Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血脂水平及冠状动脉硬化病变特征。方法:回顾性分析568例冠心病患者的临床资料。冠心病伴Ⅱ型糖尿病患者389例为观察组;冠心病非糖尿病患者179例为冠心病组。比较两组的血脂水平、血糖水平及冠脉病变情况。结果:观察组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDLC均明显高于冠心病组(P<0.05);观察组血糖浓度明显高于冠心病组(P<0.05);观察组单支血管病变占11.57%,双支血管病变占14.14%,多支血管病变占23.91%,而冠心病组分别为35.20%、21.79%、12.85%,两组差异显著(P<0.05);观察组弥漫性病变占23.39%,闭塞病变占26.99%,分别高于对照组的15.64%、14.53%(P<0.05)。观察组的Ⅰ型狭窄和Ⅱ型狭窄低于冠心病组,观察组的Ⅲ型狭窄和V型狭窄高于冠心病组(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病伴Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的血脂水平更高,冠状动脉病变程度更重,病变范围更广。
Objective:To analysis the clinical effect of blood lipid in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with type 2diabetes mellitus and the coronary atherosclerosis lesions characteristics.Methods:389patients with coronary heart disease complicated with type 2diabetes,as observation group,179cases of coronary heart disease patients without diabetes,as coronary heart disease group.Blood lipids,blood glucose levels and coronary artery lesions were compared among the two groups.Results:TC,TG, HDL-C,LDL-C in observation group were significantly higher than that of coronary heart disease group(P< 0.05).Blood sugar levels in observation group were obviously higher than that of coronary heart disease group(P< 0.05).Single vascular lesions in the observation group was 11.57%,double vascular lesions was 14.14%,vascular lesions was 23.91%,and coronary heart disease group were 35.20%,21.79%,12.85%,respectively,significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).Diffuse lesions(23.39%), occlusion lesions(26.99%)in the observation group were respectively higher than 15.64%,14.53%in the control group,(P< 0.05).Ⅰnarrow andⅡnarrow in Observation group was lower than that in coronary heart disease group,typeⅢnarrow and V in observation group were higher than that in coronary heart disease group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the blood lipids level in patient with coronary heart disease complicated with typeⅡdiabetes mellitus is higher,the severity of coronary artery lesion is heavier,and the lesion is wider.
