活血通络方联合阿卡波糖片治疗高血压合并高血糖临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Huoxue Tongluo Recipe Combined with Acarbose in Treatment of Hypertension Combined Hyperglycemia

目的:探讨活血通络方联合阿卡波糖片治疗高血压合并高血糖的临床疗效。方法:选择120例高血压合并高血糖患者,根据血糖水平分为三组,空腹血糖调节受损组(IFG)、糖耐量减低组(IGT)及空腹血糖调节受损合并糖耐量减低组(IFG/IGT)。所有病例均在降压基础上口服活血通络方水煎剂及阿卡波糖片。结果:IGT组及IFG/IGT组收缩压水平及2h负荷血糖水平较治疗前有显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:活血通络剂联合应用阿卡波糖片治疗高血压合并高血糖疗效确切、安全性高、耐受性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the effect of Huoxue Tongluo Recipe combined with acarbose in treatment of hypertension com- bined hyperglycemia. Methods： 120 patients with hypertension combined hyperglycemia were divided into three groups according the level of blood sugar, the IFG group, the IGT group and the IFG/IGT group. All cases are provide with Huoxue Tongluo Recipe and acarbose based on antihypertensive drugs. Results： The systolic pressure and the blood glucose of 2 h load of patients in the IGT group and the IFG/IGT group were lower than that of before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of Huoxue Tongluo Recipe combined with acarbose in the treatment or, hypertension combined hyperglycemia were better, safety and high toler- ance, and was worthy in clinical application.
