摘要
中药房窗口管理是提高医院服务质量的重要环节之一,对提高中药房临床效价起着至关重要的作用。从分析中药房窗口管理现状入手,提出目前中药房管理存在的问题,进而提出加强服务队伍建设、完善药品管理、深入临床合作等改进措施,为中药房的有效管理提供理论参考。
Traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy window management is to improve an important part of hospital services, plays a vital role in improving the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy. This article from the status quo of Chinese medi- cine pharmacy analysis window management, and puts forward the existing problems of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy man- agement, thus strengthening the construction, service team to improve drug management, in depth clinical cooperation measures for improvement, and provide a theoretical reference for the effective management of traditional Chinese pharmacy.
