摘要
文章根据吉林省房地产现状,探讨了消费心理与制定房地产市场营销策略之间的内在关联,提出适合吉林省房地产的营销策略,其中,包括产品策略、价格策略、销售渠道策略和促销策略,以期挖掘房地产市场的价值,提高企业效益,对房地产企业在市场营销的实际操作过程中有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the current situation of real estate in Jilin Province, this paper explores the inner relationship between consumer psychology and formulating marketing strategy of real estate market,marketing strategies suiting Jilin Pronvince is put forward, strategies of product, price, marketing channel and promotion are included, in order to tap the value of the real estate market, improve efficiency of enterprise, and provide reference for the marketing of real estate.
