摘要
[目的]了解胞间二氧化碳对净光合速率的影响。[方法]以荷兰豆为试材,测定叶片不同胞间二氧化碳浓度下净光合速率的数值。[结果]不同基质配比的荷兰豆净光合速率随胞间二氧化碳浓度的增大而升高。[结论]在特定情况下,二氧化碳浓度对净光合速率影响较大。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the influence of intercellular CO2 on net photosynthetic rate. [ Method ] With snow pea as experimental material, net photosynthetic rate of snow pea leaf under different intercellular CO2 was determined. [ Result] Under different sub-strate ratio, net photosynthetic rate of snow peas increased along with the increase of intercellular CO2. [ Conclusion ] In certain situations, in-tercellular CO2 had greater influence on net photosynthetic rate.
