摘要
[目的]研究展毛多根乌头有效成分乌头碱的分离及定量测定技术,为展毛多根乌头的开发利用提供试验依据。[方法]以乙醚为提取溶剂,从展毛多根乌头中分离其主要生物碱成分乌头碱(aconitine);采用改良异羟肟酸法,在波长512.6 nm波长处测定展毛多根乌头中乌头碱的含量。[结果]展毛多根乌头中乌头碱的含量为0.360 6%,平均回收率为97.40%。[结论]该定量分析方法简便、实用,显色稳定性好,为展毛多根乌头的开发利用提供了科学依据。
[ Objective ] Study on the effective component separation and quantitative determination technologies of aconitine in Aconitum kara-kolicum vat. patentipilum W. T. Wang,, which lays an experimental basis for the development and utilization of A. karakolicum. [ Method ] With ethyl ether as extraction solvent, and aconitine isolated from A. karakolicum, using modified hydroxyl oxime acid method, the content of aconitine in A. karakolicum at 512.6 nm wavelength was determined. [ Result] The content of aconitine is 0. 360 6% , the average recovery rate is 97.40%. [ Conclusion] The quantitative analysis method is simple, practical, color stability, and provide scientific basis for the devel-opment and utilization of A. karakolicum.
