摘要 [目的]采用气相色谱串联质谱法建立一种快速检测蔬菜中农药多残留的方法。[方法]通过改进QuEChERS方法中的提取和净化步骤,以5种蔬菜为材料,建立了快速检测蔬菜中农药多残留的GC—MS/MS方法。[结果]方法中样品采用乙腈提取、PSA和石墨化碳净化的前处理方法,称样量为10.0g,每个样品溶剂用量仅为20ml,离心时间以2.0min为宜,1个试验人员每天可处理35~40个蔬菜样品。方法的最小检出限在0.003-0.022mg/kg,方法回收率在75.2%~127.6%,相对标准偏差在3.5%~18.1%,符合蔬菜中农药残留检测要求。[结论]该方法缩短了检测时间,减少了溶剂用量,真正实现了农残的快速、简便、廉价、有效、灵敏、安全检测。 [ ObjeCtive ] The aim was to establish a rapid determination method for many kinds of pesticides residues in vegetables by GC/MS/ MS. [ Method] A rapid determination method for many kinds of pesticides residues in five kinds of vegetables by GC/MS/MS was established through optimizing the extraction and purification steps of QuEChERS method. [ Result] In the method, sample pretreatments concluded aceto-nitrile extraction, PSA and Cls purification method; the sample quantity was 10.0 g; the consumption solvent for each sample was only 20 ml; the centrifugal time was 2.0 min ; and an experimenter could handle 35 - 40 vegetable samples in one day. The average recoveries of six kinds of pesticides were between 75.2% and 127.6% ; the RSD values were between 3.5% and 18.1% ; and the limit of determination were be-tween 0.003 mg/kg and 0. 022 mg/kg. [ Conclusion] The method can shorten the detection time and reduce solvent consumption, and it truly achieves quick, easy, cheap, effective, sensitive and safe multi-residue detection.
