摘要
[目的]明确某农化有限公司生产的25%吡蚜酮·噻嗪酮可湿性粉剂对水稻稻飞虱的防治效果及最佳使用剂量。[方法]以25%噻嗪酮可湿性粉剂375g/hm。和25%吡蚜酮可湿性粉荆270g/hm^2剂量处理为对照药剂,通过大田试验研究了25%吡蚜酮·噻嗪酮可湿性粉剂3个剂量(240、300、360g/hm^2)处理对水稻稻飞虱的防治效果。l结果i25%吡蚜酮·噻嗪酮可湿性粉剂对水稻稻飞虱有较好的防治效果。药后2d,25%吡蚜酮·噻嗪酮可湿性粉剂3个剂量处理的防效在61.52%~67.04%,速效性较差;药后7d,3个剂量处理的防效均大幅度增加,持效性较好,其中300、360g/hm^2处理的防效分别为85.43%和86.72%,均与对照药剂间差异不显著。[结论]用25%吡蚜酮·噻嗪酮可湿性粉剂防治稻飞虱时,建议在低龄若虫高峰期按照用药量(有效成分)75g/hm^2对水均匀喷雾防治1次即可,且施药时田间要有一定水层并维持7d以上。
[ Objective ] To study the control effect of 25% pymetrozine · buprofezin wettable powder on rice planthopper and the optimum uti- lization dosage. [ Method] With 25% buprofezin wettable powder 375 g/hm^2 and 25% pymetrozine wettable powder 270 g/hm2 as control me-dicament, the control effect of three dosage 25% pymetrozine · buprofezin wettable powder (240, 300, 360 g/hm^2) on rice planthopper was studied through field test. [ Result] 25% pymetrozine · buprofezin wettable powder has a good control effect on rice planthopper. 2 d after treatment, the control effect of three dosages is 61.52% - 67.04% ; 7 d after treatment, the control effect of three dosages significantly in-creased, the sustainability is good. The control effect of 300, 360 g/hm: is 85.43% and 86.72% , both of them have no significant differences with CK. [ Conclusion] It was suggested that 75 g/hm^2 25% pymetrozine · buprofezin wettable powder spray once to young nymph during peak period, the filed should have water layer and maintain more than 7 d.
