师宗县小型农田水利工程现状与对策

The Present Situation and Countermeasures of Small-scale Irrigation in Shizong County

师宗县位于云南省东部,地形多变,灌溉区域分散,农田水利设施条件差,且山区水利工程以小型为主。该文调查分析了师宗县小型农田水利工程的现状,指出其中存在的问题,并通过管理和改革两方面探讨了师宗县小型农田水利工程的建设发展对策。

Shizong County is located in the eastern Yunnan Province with characteristics of varied topography, scattered irrigation area, poor wa-ter infrastructure amd small-scale irrigation. The present situation of small-scale irrigation and water conservancy project in Shizong County was analyzed, the existing problems were pointed out. The development countermeasures were discussed from two aspects of management and reform.
