摘要
研究设计了一种适用于丘陵山区作业的微型自走式谷物联合收割机。该机械采用双螺旋搅龙实现割前喂入脱粒,通过梳刷脱粒降低脱粒功耗,旋风分离清选装置有效减小了机器体积和整机重量,样机重量86 kg,作业效率333.35 hm2/h。
One type of minisize self-propelled grain combine harvester used in hills was designed. A pair of conveyor auger was used on this machine to transmit tassel into thresher to reduce threshing power consumption. Cyclone separating device was used to reduce the volume and quality of machine to 86 kg. The model machine works 333.35 square meters per hour.
