mm那格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效观察

目的观察那格列奈在治疗2型糖尿病的治疗疗效和安全性。方法选取256例诊断为2型糖尿病的初发患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各128例。两组患者均使用二甲双胍治疗,观察组在此基础加用那格列奈治疗,对照组予安慰剂治疗,治疗12周后,比较两组患者空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖控制情况及各时段胰岛素浓度。结果 256例患者均遵医嘱治疗,完成试验。观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白由治疗前的(8.65±1.11)mmol/L、(11.98±2.11)mmol/L、(7.01±0.95)mmol/L下降至治疗后的(6.90±1.10)mmol/L、(8.22±1.15)mmol/L、(6.42±0.95)mmol/L,对照组由治疗前的(8.80±1.23)mmol/L、(12.57±2.55)mmol/L、(7.52±1.13)mmol/L下降至治疗后的(7.13±0.90)mmol/L、(8.34±1.21)mmol/L、(6.87±0.99)mmol/L,观察组下降情况明显优对照组,且能促进早期胰岛素的分泌,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论那格列奈治疗2型糖尿病效果良好,且能改善胰岛B细胞功能,是一种安全、有效的降糖药物。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of nateglinide treatment type 2 diabetes. Methods 256 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in both groups were given metformin treatment, the observation group added repaglinide, the control group was given placebo.After 12 weeks, the fasting blood glucose and the 2 H postprandial blood glucose monitoring blood glucose control and hours insulin concentration of two groups were observed. Results Treatment group after treatment of FPG, 2 h PBG and glycosylated hemoglobin dropped obviously optimal control, and promoted the secretion of insulin, early two comparative difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion After nateglinide treating,the effect is good, and can improve the function of islet B cells, so it is safe and effective hypoglycemic drugs.
