摘要
原发性(孔源性)视网膜脱离为眼科急重症之一,是一种高度致盲的眼病,传统治疗大多以手术为主。笔者应用中医的滋补肝肾法,对原发性(孔源性)视网膜脱离进行非手术疗法,取得较好效果。笔者将此治疗方法介绍给实习学生,引导他们在诊疗疾病时牢固掌握中医学的基本特点,辨证施治,运用创新思维,以此拓展诊疗思路。!
Primary retinal detachment in ophthalmic emergency. Traditional treatment is given priority to with surgery.But in this paper, application of nourishing liver and kidney method of traditional Chinese medicine,the primary retinal detachment rhegmatogenous retinal detachment （RRD） non-operative therapy, achievedgood effect.To introduce the treatment to intern students,guiding them firmly grasp the basic characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical disease,evidence-based medicine,the use of innovative thinking,to expand the diagnosis and treatment.
