摘要
目的通过社区干预前后市民精神卫生知识知晓率的对照研究,探索社区心理健康教育网络建设模式,为进一步开展社区心理危机干预奠定基础。方法建立社区心理健康教育三级网络体系,以此为基础开展各种形式的心理健康教育干预措施,普及精神卫生知识,在干预前、干预中期、干预后分别采用随机系统抽样、前后对照研究,每次抽取100人,采用上海疾病预防控制精神卫生分中心制定的《普通市民精神卫生知识知晓率调查问卷》无记名调查。结果干预后精神卫生知识知晓率调查问卷得分与干预前有明显差异(P<0.001)。结论建立社区心理健康教育三级网络,采取综合宣传干预手段,是提高市民精神卫生知识的有效手段和心理健康教育进社区的有效模式。
Objective Through the contrastive analysis of knowing ratio of knowledge about psychological health among citizens before and after the intervene from the community, this paper aims to explore a new mode for the network construction of the citizens' psychological health in communities and lay solid foundations for the development of crisis intervene in the community psychology. Methods On the conditions of the construction of three-level education system in the community, various kinds of educations and intervene for the psychological health has been carried out and the awareness of psychological health has been widely accepted among citizens in the community. This study then samples randomly and questionnaires anonymously 100 persons each before, during and after the education and intervene by using "Questionnaires for the knowing ratio of psychological health for ordinary citizens" made by Shanghai Epidemic Prevention and Control Centre Psychological Health Branch. Results The knowing ratio of the knowledge for the psychological health among community citizens differs significantly (P〈0.001) before and after the intervene from the community. Conclusion Constructing the three-level education system for the psychological health in the community through the means of comprehensive education and extensive intervene proves to be an effective mode for the improvement of knowing ratio of knowledge for the psychological health among citizens and the education of psychological health into the community.
