摘要
通过现场考察和文献资料查阅法、对比分析法,全面分析了澳大利亚TAFE职业教育的管理模式、质量保障体系、专业课程体系及师资队伍特征,结合我国职业教育的特点,提出了在我国职业教育中更新管理模式,开展人才培养和培训标准体系建设及双师型队伍建设的措施。
By a comprehensive analysis of the mode, quality assurance system and course and faculty characteristics of Australia TAFE vocational ed- ucation management, combined with the characteristics of China's vocational education, this article proposes the idea of updating management model, taking measures to carry out the standard system construction of personnel training and dual-qualified team building in China's vocational education.
