2008-2012年枣庄市峄城区未婚青少年非意愿妊娠原因调查

Survey on Causes of Unexpected Pregnancy Among Unmarried Adolescents,Yicheng District,Zaozhuang City,2008-2012

目的了解青少年未婚非意愿妊娠的原因与影响因素，为降低未婚青少年非意愿妊娠的干预措施提供依据。方法对2008-2012年到枣庄市峄城区妇幼保健院行人工流产术的未婚青少年进行调查。结果调查的760人中，本次妊娠原因是未避孕（从来不避孕）的占73．42％，不同年龄差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；未坚持避孕（通常避孕本次未避孕）的占15．53％，避孕失败的占11．05％。未避孕的558人中，未避孕原因为无思想准备的占40．86％，侥幸心理的占35．13％，不知道如何避孕的占15．41％，其他占8．60％；未坚持避孕的118人中；未避孕原因为侥幸心理的占42．37％，安全期计算失误或体外排精的占35．59％，个人疏忽的占16．95％，原因不明的占5．08％；避孕失败的84人中，失败原因为未按要求正确使用避孕药具的占47．62％，安全期计算失误或体外排精的占38．09％，避孕套破裂滑脱的占9．52％，原因不明的占4．76％。结论未婚青少年非意愿妊娠的原因主要是存在侥幸心理未采取避孕措施或缺乏避孕知识。

Objective To understand the causes and influencing factors of unexpected pregnancy among unmarried adolescents,so as to provide basis for interventions in reducing the pregnancy rate. Methods Unmarried adolescents who went through artificial abortion were investigated, 2008-2012 ,in Yicheng District Maternal and Child Health Hospi- tal,Zaozhuang city. Results In the survey of 760 people,73.42% of them had no contraception （never contraception） at all;15.53% did not adhere to contraception; 11. 05% failed in contraception. For the 558 people who had no contracep tion,causes of pregnancy included：40.86X of them had no mental preparation on that;35.13% relied on luck which they might not be pregnant;15.41% had no idea of contraception;the rest accounted for 8.60%. For the 118 people who did not insist on contraception,42.37% of them relied on luck; causes of period miscalculation or adosculation contributed to the 35.59% ;personal negligence accounted for 16.95% ,the rest of 5.08% were unsure about the causes. For 84 with con- traceptive failure,47.62% of pregnancy were due to incorrect way of using contraception medicine; safety period calcula- tion error or adosculation contributed to the 38.09% ;condom rupture slip accounted for 9.52% ;the rest of 4.76% were with unknown causes. Conclusion The main causes of unexpected pregnancy among unmarried adolescents are that they rely on luck so that proper contraceptive measures are not taken and they lack contraception knowledge.
