疏血通脉胶囊质量标准的研究

Research on Quality Standard of Shu-xue Tong-mai Ccapsule

目的:研究与建立疏血通脉胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法、显色法对疏血通脉胶囊中三七、薤白、冰片进行定性鉴别;采用比色法测定疏血通脉胶囊中三七总皂苷的含量。结果:疏血通脉胶囊中三七、薤白与对照药材在薄层板相同的位置上显示相同的斑点,冰片与香草醛混合可显蓝色;三七总皂苷在0.1240-0.4340 mg·mL-1范围内呈线性关系,A=1.0227c+0.1214,r=0.9996(n=6),平均回收率为102.5%,RSD%=1.9%(n=6)。结论:本研究建立的鉴定方法简便、专属性高;三七总皂苷含量测定方法简便、快速、准确;可作为疏血通脉胶囊中三七、薤白和冰片的定性鉴别及其三七总皂苷含量测定的方法。

Objective： To study and build quality standards of Shu-xue Tong-real capsule. Methods： TLC method was used to identification Notoginseng, allium macrostemon and borneolum syntheticum in Shu-xue Tong-mai capsule; the colori- metric method was applied for the content determination of notoginseng in ShuXieTongmai capsule. Results： Notoginseng and allium macrostemon in Shu-xue Tong-mai capsule and control medicinal materials showed same position to show the same spot; Notoginseng total saponins in 0.1240-0.4340 mg.mL-1 range, in linear relationship, A=1.0227c＋0.1214, r=0.9996 （n=6）, and the average recovery was 102.5%, RSD=1.9% （n=6）. Conclusion： The method developed in this study is simple and with high specificity; determination method of Notoginseng total saponins is simple, fast, accurate andwith high sensitivity as well asgood repeatability, which can be applied for qualitative discrimination of notoginseng and allium macrostemon in Shu-xue Tong-mai capsule and determination method of total saponin content.
