辨证施护对脑出血患者肢体功能的影响

Effect of Dialectical Nursing on Limb Function in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探讨辨证施护对脑出血患者肢体功能的临床效果。方法:选择我院脑出血偏瘫患者154例,随机分为对照组及治疗组,对照组给予一般常规护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予中医辨证护理,观察护理后15 d、30 d患者肌力变化、FMA评分、Barthel指数的变化情况。结果:(1)两组患者肌力比较:与护理前相比较,治疗组经辨证护理后30 d肌力明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)FMA评分比较:治疗组在15 d、30 d FMA评分明显高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)Barthel指数比较:经护理后治疗组Barthel指数明显高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辨证施护对脑出血患者肢体功能有较好恢复作用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of dialectical nursing on limb function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： 154 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia in our hospital were randomly divided into control and treatment group. Patients were given routine nursing in control group and Chinese medicine dialectical nursing as well as routine nursing in treatment group. Changes muscle strength, FMA score and Barthel index were observed in 15 and 30 days. Results： （1） Comparison on muscle strength between two groups： the muscle strength of treatment group was better than the control group in 30 days, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）; （2） Comparison on FMA score： FMA score in the treat- ment group improved in 15 and 30 days, and there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. The difference on FMA score between the two groups showed significance （P〈0.05）; （3） Comparison on Barthel index： the Barthel index in treatment improved signif- icantly and there was statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）; comparing with the control groups, there was significant dif- ference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The dialectical nursing can provide better effect on the recovery of limb function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
