多效唑矮化桉树无性系的效果研究

A STUDY ON THE DWARFING EFFECT OF PACLOBUTRAZOR ON EUCALYPT CLONES

用多效唑处理桉树 1 7个无性系的结果表明 :多效唑对桉树无性系均有较好的矮化作用 ,且随着多效唑用量的增加矮化强度增大、时间增长 ;相同的多效唑用量对不同大小植株的矮化效果不同 ;不同无性系在受控时的长势特征各不相同 ;施用多效唑后及时施肥有利于植株健康成长。试验还显示 :施用多效唑能显著地促进桉树各无性系提早开花 ,开花最早的无性系仅 1 4个月树龄。

eucalypt clones were treated with paclobutrazor in the trials and 5 different treatments in each clone. All treatments have got active responses, the more paclobutrazor, the more significant and longer effective time. Among a treatment, to different clones or trees in different height different results were gained. To ensure the trees healthy growth, its important to fertilize the trees in time after applying paclobutrazor. Paclobutrazor has also shown its effect on stimulating eucalypts to bloom earlier. The earliest blooming tree is at the age of 14 months. \;
