摘要
目的通过对罗汉果干果不同溶剂提取成分抗氧化活性的研究,为深入开发罗汉果药食两用价值提供实验依据。方法用60%乙醇回流提取罗汉果果实成分,并用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇依次萃取,研究各种提取物清除DPPH·、ABTS·自由基活性,并以抗坏血酸作为阳性对照。结果罗汉果果实乙酸乙酯、正丁醇提取物(IC50分别为0.42±0.01,1.13±0.03)较抗坏血酸均有较强清除自由基活性作用(P<0.05)。结论罗汉果果实的提取物有较强的抗氧化活性。
Objective To investigate the antioxidant activity of The fruits of Momordica grosvenori Swingle was extracted by 60% ethanol,and then partitioned respectively by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and butyl alcohol. Methods The antioxidant activity of each fraction was assessed by measuring the capability for scavenging free radicals such as DPPH . and ABTS . with,ascorbic acid as a positive control. Results The ethyl acetate fraction, n-butyl alcohol ( IC50 = 0.42 ± 0.01,1.13 ±0.03) showed higher antioxidant activity than positive control( P 〈 0.05 ) and its IC50 was (0.42 ±0.01 ) and ( 1.13 ±0.03 ), respectively. Conclusion The extracts of Momordica grosvenori Swingle fruits have potent antioxidant activities.
