Identification Test on Maize Hybrid Cultivar of Danyu 39 and Tiedan No.10

为有效区别玉米杂交种丹玉39和铁单10号,利用凝胶电泳技术将不同玉米品种中的蛋白质分成几十条谱带,通过染色显示蛋白质谱带类型。多次重复试验结果表明,盐溶蛋白凝胶电泳法重现性好,结果可靠。

In order to distinguish maize hybrid cultivar Danyu 39 and Tiedan No.10,gel electrophoresis was used to divide proteins of different maize varieties into dozens of bands which were to be revealed through dyeing.Various tests results show that the method of salt-soluble protein gelatin electrophoresis performs well and the result is reliable.
