大中型水稻芽种生产设备概述

摘要 以生产能力100 t/批的水稻芽种生产设备为例,介绍水稻芽种生产工艺流程以及水稻芽种生产设备布局、工作原理、水箱外加固设计、电加热系统功率确定、供回水泵及热水制备设备的选择,为推进水稻芽种生产提供动力。 Based on the rice bud production equipment with capacity of 100 tons/group,the features and principles of large and medium-sized rice bud production equipments were described and reviewed in detail in this paper.It illustrated the process flow of rice bud production,the layout and principle of rice bud production equipment,the reinforce design for water tank,the power determination of electrical heating system,the selection of water supply and return pump,and the selection of hot water preparation equipment with the aim of providing stimulus for the production of rice bud.
