摘要
炭化是解决秸秆、稻壳、农林废弃物等生物质资源化开发利用的有效途径。设计一种连续式秸秆炭化炉,介绍炭化炉的整体结构设计,详细说明其主要部件的设计方案及参数选择。经验证,该炭化炉结构合理,制造工艺简单,操作方便,性能可靠,具有较好的经济性和市场前景。
Carbonization furnace is an effective way to utilize biomass resources such as straw,rice hull and the waste of forestry resources.A continuous stalk carbonization furnace was designed.This paper examines the overall design of its structure,in particular,the design of its major parts and parameter selection.Analysis has shown that carbonization furnace is reasonable in structure,simple in manufacturing,reliable in service and it enjoys relatively sound economic efficiency and market prospect.
