Discussion on Practical Training in Agricultural Mechanization Technology

随着国家大力倡导培育新型农民和支持职业技能培训,为农机校发展带来了新机遇。切实发挥职业学校的技术培训主体作用,是当前农机校走出办学困境的关键。通过分析农机技术培训工作存在的主要问题,提出有针对性的解决措施,为农机校发展提供借鉴。

The national emphasis on cultivation of new farmers and on occupation skill training provides new opportunities for the development of agricultural machinery schools.To really play the main role of the occupational schools in technical training is the fundamental way out for agricultural machinery schools.This article makes analysis on the main problems existing in agricultural technology training,and accordingly puts forward countermeasures in an effort to provide reference for the development of agricultural machinery schools.
