窄谱中波紫外线联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床观察

The clinical effect observation of narrow-band ultraviolet and famciclovir therapy in treatment of herpes zoster

目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线与泛昔洛韦联合治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法选取本院2010年2月～2012年3月收治的96例带状疱疹患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，各48例。观察组患者采用窄谱中波紫外线与泛昔洛韦联合治疗，对照组患者采用泛昔洛韦单独治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果、止疱及疼痛消失时间。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为93．8％，对照组患者治疗总有效率为72．9％，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），观察组患者止疱及疼痛消失时间均明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论窄谱中波紫外线联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹效果显著，病情控制时间短，有助于患者的康复。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of narrow-band ultraviolet and famciclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods 96 cases of herpes zoster patients in our hospital from February 2010 to March 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each of 48 cases, the observation group was treated by NB-UVB and famciclovir, the control group were treated with famciclovir alone, therapeutic effect, blister and pain stopping time of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.8%, and that of control group was 72.9%, the difference between two groups was significant （P〈0.05）, blister and pain stopping time in the observation group were significantly less than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of narrow-band U- VB combined with famciclovir in treatment of herpes zoster disease is significant, disease control time is short, is con- tribute to the rehabilitation of patients.
