布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果观察

The clinical effect observation of budesonide combined with inhalation of salbutamol treating bronchial asthma in children

目的探讨布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法将84例支气管哮喘的患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各42例。治疗组给予布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入进行治疗,对照组给予单纯的沙丁胺醇雾化吸入进行治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为83.33%,明显高于对照组的52.38%(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘疗效确切,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide combined with inhalation of salbutamol treatingbronchial asthma in children. Methods 84 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=42） and the control group （n=42）.Budesonide combined with inhalation of salbutamol were given in the treatment group while single inhalation of salbutamol was given in the control group,the curative effect between the twogroups was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group （83.33%） was significantly higher than that（52.38%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of budesonide combined with inhalation of salbutamol treatingbronchial asthma in children is exact with fewer complications,and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
