红霉素静脉滴注结合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗儿童支原体肺炎的临床分析

Clinical analysis of intravenous infusion of erythromycin combined with budesonide suspl inhalation treating Mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的分析红霉素静脉滴注结合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗儿童支原体肺炎的效果。方法选取2010年1月～2013年3月在本院收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿83例．将其分为治疗组44例、对照组39例。治疗组采用红霉素静脉滴注结合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗，对照组仅采用红霉素静脉滴注治疗，比较两组的疗效、临床症状和体征消失的时间。结果治疗组：痊愈31例，有效12例，无效1例，治愈率为70．4％；对照组：痊愈20例，有效17例，无效2例，治愈率为51.3％，治疗组的治愈率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）；治疗组的临床症状（发热、咳嗽）、肺部喘息体征消失的时间分别为（5．9±1．6）、（6．5±2．1）d明显短于对照组的（6．8±1．9）、（7．9±2．5）d（P〈0．05）。结论红霉素静脉滴注结合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗儿童支原体肺炎的效果较好，且能明显缩短疗程。

Objective To analyze the effect of intravenous infusion of erythromyein combined with budesonide suspl inhalation treating Mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods 83 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into the treatment group （n=44） and the control group （n=39） January 2010 to March 2013 in our hospital.Intravenous infusion of erythromycin combined with budesonide inhalation suspl was given in the treatment while Intravenous infusion of erythromycin was only given in the control group.The curative effect and the time of clinical symptoms and signs disappearing were compared. Results 31 cases were cured,12 cases effective,1 cases are invalid,the cure rate was 70.4% in the treatment group;20 cases were cured,17 cases effective,2 cases are invalid,the cure rate was 51.3% in the control group,the cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;the time of clinical symptoms （fever, cough） and signs of pulmonary wheezing disappearing in the treatment was （5.9±1.6）, （6.5±2.1） d respectively and the time above-mentioned in the control group was （6.8±1.9）,（7.9±2.5） d respectively,the former was significantly shorter than the latter （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of intravenous infusion of erythromycin combined with budesonide suspl inhalation treating Mycoplasma pneumonia in children is better, and it can obviously shorten the course of treatment.
