护理干预对艾滋病患者自我管理疾病能力的影响

The influnce of nursing intervention to patients with AIDS on disease self-management capabilities

目的探讨护理干预对艾滋病患者自我管理疾病能力的影响。方法选取2010年6月～2012年6月本院收治的艾滋病患者80例进行分析，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组40例，对照组仅采用抗病毒治疗，观察组在抗病毒治疗基础上采用护理干预，比较两组患者的自我管理疾病能力。结果两组干预后患者的心理状态、疾病认知程度、治疗依从性、生活行为规范、家庭和社会支持度评分较干预前均有明显提高（P〈0.05），且观察组提高水平明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预能够有效提高艾滋病患者的自我管理能力，帮助艾滋病患者养成良好的生活习惯，改善患者的心理状况，提高家庭和社会支持度，效果显著。

Objective To explore the influnce of nursing intervention to patients with AIDS on disease self-management capabilities.Methods 80 cases of patients from June 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital were selected,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each,the observation group were treated with nursing intervention on the basis of antiviral therapy,the control group were only treated with antiviral therapy,the disease self-management capabilities of two groups were observed.Results After the intervention,psychological status, disease awareness,treatment compliance,conduct of life,family and social support rating of patients was significantly improved （P〈0.05）,and the improved levels of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group respectively （P〈0.05）.Condusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the self-management capabilities of patients with AIDS,develop good habits,improve the psychological status of patients,family and social support,it has significant effect.
