To build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and improve the quality of clinical practice

临床实习是医学教育的最后阶段,是医学理论知识应用于临床实践的重要时期,对医学生尤为重要。和谐的师生关系有利于临床教学的开展,也是决定临床实习质量的重要因素,而带教教师和实习生是临床实习中师生关系的主要构建者,现从师、生两方面探讨临床实习中影响师生关系的主要因素及其对策,为构建和谐师生关系、提高临床实习质量提供参考。

Clinical practice is the final stage of medical education and an important period of medical theory to clinical practice.So it is particularly important for medical students.The harmonious relationship between teachers and students is helpful for clinical teaching and is also an important factor in determining the quality of clinical practice. Teachers and interns are the main builders of the relationship between teachers and students in clinical practice.In order to provide reference to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and improve the quality of clinical practice,we explore the influencing factors on teacher-student relationship and its measures from two aspects of teachers and students.
