淮阳县普通人群中慢性肾脏病的流行病学研究

Epidemiology study of chronic kidney disease among healthy population in Huaiyang country

目的探讨淮阳县普通人群中慢性肾脏病(CKD)的患病情况及相关危险因素。方法采用分层多级随机抽样的方法,抽取本县18岁以上的常住居民3231名为研究对象,分析其临床资料。结果符合条件的3128名研究对象中,经过人口学校正后,白蛋白尿的检出率为7.6%,血尿的检出率为8.9%,肾功能下降的检出率为1.8%;该人群CKD的患病率为15.1%,知晓率为10%。结论淮阳县普通人群CKD的患病率高,知晓率低;CKD的独立危险因素包括年龄、白蛋白尿、高血压、糖尿病。

Objective To investigate the prevalence and related risk factors of chronic kidney disease （CKD） in healthy population of Huaiyang country. Methods 3231 residents above 18 years old were extracted as the reaearch obsjects by using the method of the stratified multi-stage random sampling,the clinical datas of them were analyzed. Results 3128 eligible subjects were finally enrolled in this study.After demographic adjustment,the detection rate of albuminuria,hematuria and reduced renal function was 7.6%,8.9% and 1.8% respectively;the prevalence rate of healthy population was 15.1%,the awareness rate was 10.0%. Conclusion The prevalence rate of CKD in healthy population was high,and the awareness rate is low;the independent risk factors of CKD includes age, albuminuria,hypertension and diabetes.
