半导体激光治疗仪治疗婴幼儿重度臀红的效果

The effect of semiconductor laser therapeutic instrument in treatment of infant with severely red hip

目的探讨半导体激光治疗仪治疗婴幼儿重度臀红的效果。方法将2012年2月～2013年2月本院收治的180例重度臀红婴幼儿随机分为观察组90例和对照组90例。两组患儿均于每次大小便后，清水洗净臀部、蘸干，涂鞣酸软膏；观察组患儿在此基础上采用半导体激光治疗仪照射10min，2次／d，7d为1个疗程。结果观察组患儿的治愈率为72．2％，显效率为100．0％，臀红3～7d内全部治愈；对照组患儿的治愈率为38．9％，显效率为93.3％；两组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于婴幼儿重度臀红采用半导体激光治疗仪可以显著缩短疗程，减轻患儿痛苦，方法简便、安全，是治疗重度臀红的有效方法。

Objective To discuss the effect of semiconductor laser therapeutic instrument in the treatment of infants with severely red hips. Methods 180 infants with red hips in severe conditions admitted into our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013 were evenly divided into observation group and control group in randomly.In the control group,the tannic acid ointment was smeared after cleaning buttocks during each time＇s urination or defecation,while in the observation group,on the basis of the＇ control group,the semiconductor laser therapeutic instrument was added.h was irradiated for 10 min,twice a day.Each course of treatment lasted 7 days. Results The rates of cure and significant effi- ciency in the observation group were 72.2% and 100.0% respectively,and red hips were totally cured within 3 to 7 days.In the control group,the cure rate and significant efficiency rate were 38.9% and 93.3% respectively.Comparisons between the two groups displayed statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of infants with severely red hips,the semiconductor laser therapeutic instrument can remarkably shorten the course of treatment and alleviate their sufferings.It is very simple and safe,and is an effective way to treat red hip in a severe condition.
