老年乳腺癌特征与治疗的临床分析

Clinical analysis of characteristics and treatment for breast cancer in the elderly

目的探讨老年乳腺癌患者的临床特征及治疗对策。方法选取本院2011年10月～2012年10月收治的84例老年乳腺癌患者，分析患者首次发病的原因、病理特征及合并症状等，并进行对症治疗。结果84例患者中，根据TNM分期，T4患者25例，占29．8％，患者的分化程度较高；52例患者死亡，其中35例患者由乳腺癌引起，占41．7％。手术后1年内有25例患者出现癌细胞转移及癌症复发现象，其在5年后的生存率为32．0％;手术后1年之后有42例患者出现癌细胞转移及复发现象，其在5年后的生存率为50．0％；两种类型患者的生存率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论分析老年乳腺癌患者的临床特征，并探究有效的治疗对策，有助于缓解患者病情，降低癌症复发率，同时还能降低患者癌细胞的转移率，提高患者的生存率。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment countermeasures of elderly patients with breast cancer. Methods 84 cases of elderly patients with breast cancer admitted to and treated in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2012 were selected.The cause of first onset of the disease,the characteristics of pathological analysis,and combined symptoms were thoroughly analyzed.The effective treatment countermeasures were explored according to these characteristics. Results Among the 84 patients,there were 25 patients （accounted for 29.8%） of T4 with higher degree of differentiation;52 cases were dead,included 35 cases（accounted for 41.7%） caused by breast cancer;25 cases with cancer metastasis and recurrence occurred within 1 year,and the five-year survival rate was 52.0%;42 cases of cancer metastasis and recurrence occurred one year after operation with the five-year survival rate of 50%.The survival rate comparison of patients of the two types showed statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Analysis of clinical characteristics of elderly patients with breast cancer and investigating the effective treatment countermeasures can contribute to alleviating patients＇ condition,reducing rate of cancer recurrence,lowering rate of metastasis of cancer cells,and improving survival rate of patients simultaneously.
