摘要
１９９７年１０月和１９９８年９月在海南儋州市海南省种苗组培中心芦荟苗圃和华南热带农业大学农学院花圃发现芦荟疫病，感病芦荟叶片病斑初呈水渍状，暗绿色腐烂。从病组织上分离到１０个疫霉分离菌。根据孢子囊形态、孢子囊梗脱落性、厚垣孢子有无、藏卵器形态、雄器着生方式、菌落形态，最低、最高生长温度，将其鉴定为烟草疫霉（寄生疫霉） Ｐｈｙｔｏｐｈｔｈｏｒａ ｎｉｃｏ－ｔｉａｎａｅ Ｖａｎ Ｂｒｅｄａ ｄｅ Ｈａａｎ．（Ｐ．ｐａｒａｓｉｔｉｃａ）。这１０个分离苗中存在Ａ１，Ａ２和Ａ１，Ａ２三种交配型。
in October, 1997 and September,1998, Phytophthora blight of Aloe vera L was found in the Aloe Nursery of the Hainan Tropical Crop Tissue Culture Center and a garden of South Chi na University of Tropical Agriculture, Danzhou City, Hainan Province. Infected leaf spots were water soaked and dark green rot at the beginning. A total of 10 isolates were obtained and identi- fied to be Phytophthora nicotianae van Breda de Haan (P.parasitica) according to their morphology and cardinal temperatures. There were 3 mating types among these isolates: A1, A2, and A1A2 (the sex organs of these isolates can be formed by pairing with not only A1 but also A2).
