细胞凋亡及基因调控在兽医病毒学领域研究动态

The Development of Studies on Apoptosis and Gene Regulation in Veterinary Virology Field

病毒感染杀伤细胞导致靶器官组织损伤以及病毒 DNA整合于细胞中使感染进入潜伏状态 ,其致病过程是病毒感染细胞后 ,诱导和抑制细胞凋亡的自身基因或宿主相关基因表达调控的结果。随着对细胞凋亡研究的深入 ,人们逐渐认识到细胞凋亡与细胞增殖在致病作用中具有重要意义。本文简述了细胞凋亡的概念 ,某些病毒诱导或抑制细胞凋亡基因调控的研究动态 ,以及该领域研究的意义及展望。通过探讨病毒与宿主相互关系 ,为预防、治疗、诊断病毒性疾病提供新的理论依据及相应对策。

The target organ is damaged by virus infection and killing ,and the virus DNA merged in nucleus will lead to the latent infectious situation.The pathogenetic process is demonstrating the cooperation of regulation of both the virogene and the host gene in inducing and inhibiting the apoptosis.The important significance of apoptosis and propagation in the pathogenetic process is gradually recognized as the research on apoptosis has been going to depth.This paper,briefly illustrates the concept of apoptosis and the research on some virus which induce or inhibit apoptotic gene regulating ,as well as the significance and prospect of the research in the field.By probing into the interrelation of the virus and the host we can provide a groundwork for a new theory and a strategy to prevent,treat and diagnose the virus disease.
