山羊胎儿肺的形态学观察

Morphological Study on the Lung of the Goat Fetal

本文观察了 36例胎龄为 7～ 2 2周山羊胎儿肺的外部形态和内部结构 ,结果为 :1胎龄为 7～ 2 2周的山羊胎儿肺的外部形态与胎龄无关 ,肺的外部形态以左二右四叶者为多见 ,肺的叶间裂和右肺副裂常不完整 ,以浆膜、肺组织或混合性组织 (肺组织及浆膜 )融合 ;2胎龄为 7～ 2 2周山羊胎儿肺的发育分为腺状期、小管期、囊状期和肺泡期。

lungs of goat fetal (7～22 wks) were studied.The lobes and tissues of the lungs have been observed and the lung tissues were observed with LM which showed:1. The goat fetal lung have the same outer appearance which have no relationship with its age.The left lung have two lobes and most of the right lung have four lobes .Most tissues are incomplete which are connected with lobes by lung tissues and/or serosa tissures;2. The goat fetal lung can be divided into four stages during their development: Pseudoglandular stage (7～12 wks), Canalicular stage (13～14 wks), Saccular stage (15 wks )and Alveolar stage (16～22 wks).
