摘要
用中国科学院上海植物生理研究所固氮室筛选与构建的水稻根际联合固氮工程菌MGH8与EH861对小白菜和莴苣进行浸种或喷苗或沾根处理 ,结果表明 ,小白菜的株高、绿叶数、样品的鲜重、干重 ,叶片的鲜重、小区的总产量都略有增长 ,莴苣也有一定的增产趋势。
The preparation of engineering-constructed rhizosphere nitrogen-fixing bacteria(MGH8 plus EH861) was used to soak the seeds of pakchoi(Brassica campestris ssp.chinensis L.)and lettuce and to spray their seedlings in this study.It was further applied to dip lettuce seedling roots before transplanting.The results indicated that the treatments with nitrogen-fixing bacteria led to the slight increase in yield,plant height,number of leaves,dry and fresh plant weights of pakchoi by improvement of nitrogen supply.The result also revealed that the rhizosphere nitrogen-fixing bacteria had positive effect on lettuce's seedling growth and yield.
