瓷砖厂的氟污染对生态环境的影响

INFLUENCE OF FLUORINE POLLUTION FROM PORCELAIN BRICK FACTORY ON ECOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT

环境监测表明 ,某瓷砖厂排放出含氟的废气和粉尘等污染物对大气的氟污染半径已超过 1km ,在此半径范围内生产的稻米和蔬菜含氟量大部分已超过食品卫生标准。粉尘的影响范围小于含氟废气的影响范围 ,但在污染源附近也已超过环境标准 ,造成了程度不等的污染。还针对瓷砖厂的污染状况 。

The porcelain brick factory emits fluorine gas and dust in the process of production.It is indicated by our environment monitoring that the atmosphere polluted by fluorine waste gas emitted from a certain porcelain brick factory in Shanghai suburb covers an area of more than 1 km in radius.The fluoride contents in rice and vegetables grown in this area go mostly over the limit of food health standard. The affecting range of fluorine dust is smaller compared to the fluorine gas,but the fluoride content in dust goes also over the limit of environmental sanitation standard and pollutes more or less the environment nearby. The raw materials,equipments,temperature and moisture in kiln and emission of “three wastes”in porcelain brick production are all different from those in clay brick production,thus the influences on the environment in the two cases are also diversified.In view of the pollution situation of porcelain brick factory,some suggestions on environment management are offered.
