摘要
Ce∶YAG微晶玻璃是一种可替代荧光粉用于白光LED的新型高性能荧光材料。综述了YAG微晶玻璃的制备方法、性能影响因素、发光机理,指出了Ce∶YAG微晶玻璃应用于白光LED的优势,并展望了白光LED用YAG微晶玻璃的发展趋势。
Ce : YAG glass-ceramic is a new phosphor material which has the potential to substitute the traditional white LED. The research progress of YAG glass-ceramic phosphor with preparation technologies, influential factor of performance and luminescence mechanism are summarized. The advantage of Ce : YAG glass-ceramic are pointed out, and the development tendency of YAG glass-ceramic for white LED are also given.
