摘要
随着LED灯的广泛应用,散热问题成为影响其寿命的主要因素。概述了LED灯的散热机理及其研究现状。指出开孔泡沫金属的大比表面积、高热导率、强的流体混合能力,使其成为一种增强热交换的有效材料,将其应用于LED散热器,会使LED越来越多地应用于公共照明和严酷环境下的照明。
Along with widening of the application of LED light, heat dissipation has become the main factor affecting its life. An overview on the heat dissipation mechanism of LED light and the relevant research status are presented. It is also pointed out that foamed metal with open cell has high specific surface area, high thermal conductivity, and excellent mixed ability of fluid, which make it an effective material for enhancing heat exchange. LED lights will be increa-singly applied in public lighting and harsh environments lighting if foamed metal could be employed to made LED radiator.
