摘要
利用机械反应球磨法制备了镁基储氢材料,在连续操作固定床反应器上,以噻吩为模型化合物,研究了温度对镁基储氢材料与噻吩反应的影响。结果表明:反应温度过低,储氢材料将无法为噻吩加氢反应供氢,噻吩不发生加氢反应;反应温度过高,噻吩加氢反应生成的C4烃容易发生积碳反应。只有在特定温度范围内,储氢材料才能与噻吩反应生成C4烃。
Magnesium-based hydrogen-storage materials were prepared by reactive ball-milling method under hydrogen atmosphere.The effect of temperature on thiophene hydrogenation by hydrogen-storage materials was studied in a fixed-bed continuous flow reactor.The experimental results show that the hydrogen-storage materials can not provide active hydrogen for hydrogenation at low temperature,and carbon deposition reaction of C4 hydrocarbons from thiophene hydrogenation can take place at high temperature.The reaction between hydrogen-storage materials and thiophene can yield C4 hydrocarbons only in a certain range of temperature.
