摘要
采用颗粒纯钛法制备了新型的Al-Ti-B-Re中间合金细化剂,考察了细化剂添加量、保温时间、浇注温度对工业纯铝细化效果的影响。实验发现当细化剂添加量为0.5%(质量分数),浇注温度在760℃,保温时间为30min时细化效果最佳,最佳效果为铝的晶粒细化到50~60μm,硬度提升了6.48%,抗拉强度提升了8.79%。最后分析了Al-Ti-B-Re中间合金细化机理。
A new type of Al-Ti-B-Re master alloy was prepared by adding titanium particles.The influence of adding amount of Al-Ti-B-Re master alloy,heat preservation time,pouring temperature on refining effect of pure aluminum were investigated.It is shown that the best refining effect of Al-Ti-B-Re master alloy on industrial pure aluminum could be determined when add content,pouring temperature and heat preservation time are 0.5 wt%,760 ℃ and 30 min,respectively while the grain size refined to 50-60 μm,hardness enhanced 6.48%,and tensile strength increased 8.79%.Finally,the refinement mechanism of a new type Al-Ti-B-Re master Al alloy was presented.
