高温氮化法制备z=3的β-Sialon材料

摘要 以Al2O3粉、Al粉和Si粉为主要原料,经高温氮化反应制备β-Sialon材料。研究了TiO2烧结助剂、烧结温度和保温时间对制备β-Sialon材料的影响。结果表明,添加TiO2作烧结助剂,在N2气氛中于1500℃保温5h后烧成的试样耐压强度达到76.94MPa、体积密度达到2.86g/cm3;试样以β-Sialon为主晶相,晶粒发育较好,呈棱柱状,直径约为1μm,长度约为2μm,且分布比较均匀,提高了材料的强度。 β-Sialon material was synthesized by nitriding reaction using silicon powder,aluminum powder and alumina powder as raw materials.The effects of TiO2 sintering additives,sintering temperature and time on synthesis of β-Sialon were studied.The results showed that adding TiO2 for sintering additives,sintered at 1500 ℃ for 5 h in N2 atmosphere,the material's compression strength is 76.94 MPa,volume density is 2.86 g/cm3,the primarily phase is β-Sialon which grew preferably and distributed uniformly,with about 1μm in diameter and 2μm in length,improved the material strength.
