摘要
研究了宁夏不同春小麦品种在水分胁迫下的光合速率 (Pn)、叶绿素荧光 (Fv/Fm)和叶片相对含水量(RWC)的变化。结果表明 ,在水分胁迫下 4个春小麦品种的Pn、Fv/Fm和RWC与对照相比均下降 ,并且下降幅度随春小麦品种的不同而有所差异 ,具有较大的遗传变异。认为Pn。
The rate of photosynthisis(Pn),chlorophyll fluorescence(Fv/Fm) and relative moisture of leaf blade (RWC) of various spring wheat varieties under water stress were studied in Ningxia. The results show that under water stress the Pn, Fv/Fm of 4 spring wheat varieties decreased in comparison with the control and the extents of decrease were different with different wheat varieties. It shows a significant genetic variation. It is concluded that Pn,Fv/Fm and RWC can be used as physiological indicators in identification of drought-resistance of spring wheat of Ningxia.
