摘要
目的通过对本地区放射工作人员职业健康检查结果分析,了解放射工作人员的健康状况和存在的问题。方法按卫生部《放射工作人员职业健康管理办法》规定的检查项目,采用临床检查和实验室检查方法对本地区255名从事放射工作的人员在指定的专业机构进行职业健康检查,并对体检结果进行分析。结果临床检查异常人数142人,占受检人员数的55.7%,其中以眼科疾病(晶体混浊、白内障等)检出率最高,异常检出率为48.2%,其他项目异常检出率依次为:肝胆B超9.4%、血压6.7%、心电图5.5%、胸片4.3%。实验室检查异常人数121人,占受检人数的47.5%,各项目异常检出率依次为:WBC减少12.9%、尿常规异常11.8%、RBC减少7.5%、PLT减少6.7%、HGB减少6.3%、肝功能异常5.9%、肾功能异常3.5%、WBC增加1.2%。不符合国家放射工作人员健康标准的受检人数占受人员总人数的7.8%。结论本地区放射工作人员已经受到不同程度的职业健康危害,应进一步加强放射工作场所的防护和人员健康的管理,以确保放射工作人员的职业健康与安全。
Objective Through the region radiation workers occupational health examination results, understand the health of radiation workers and the existing problems. Method By clinical examination and laboratory examination method in the region of 255 personnel engaged in the work of radiation in the designated professional body for the occupational health examination, and the physical examination results were analyzed. Result Clinical examination abnormal number of 142 people, accounting for 55.7%of the tested personnel number, among them with eye disease abnormal detection rate was 48.2%, and other abnormal detection rate in the order of project:courage B to exceed 9.4%, blood pressure, electrocardiogram, chest radiograph, 5.5%and 4.3%, 6.7%. Laboratory examination abnormal number of 121 people, accounted for 47.5%of the tested, the anomaly detection rate in the order of project:the WBC decreased by 12.9%11.8%, abnormal urine routine, RBC reduce 7.5%6.7%, HGB, PLT decrease 6.3%, 5.9%of abnormal liver function, kidney dysfunction, the WBC increased by 1.2%3.5%. Doesn't accord with national health standards for radiation workers tested make up about 7.8%by the personnel of the total. Conclusion The region radiology staff has been subject to varying degrees of occupational health hazards, the radiation workplace health protection and personnel management should be further strengthened to ensure occupational health and safety of radiation workers.
