氮肥供应对啤酒大麦品质及产量的影响

The effect of N supplying on the quality and yield of malt barley

研究了施N量及N肥的底追分配对啤酒大麦的产量及品质性状的影响。结果表明 ,施N量对啤酒大麦的产量及蛋白质含量有显著影响 ,对子粒千粒重、整齐度也有一定影响。在不同N总量下 ,底追分配比例的不同 ,可在一定程度上影响啤酒大麦的品质性状。分析结果认为 ,在啤酒大麦的种植中 ,应控制一定的施N量 ,以 10 0kg·hm-2 为宜。在N肥用量中 ,应以底肥为主 。

The paper deals with the effect of the N dose on the yield and qualities of malt barley. The result is that the N dose has obvious influence on the grain yield and protein content. The different celebrate proportion can influence the qualities such as protein, celebrate and grain weight /1 000 seeds at certain degree. In the malt barley production , the suitable N dose is 100 kg· hm -2 , and it is better to be used at sowing.
