摘要
为提高高强铝合金钨极氩弧焊的效率,以LD10铝合金为实验板件,将粉煤灰作为活性剂涂敷在试件表面,采用TIG方式进行焊接。研究粉煤灰作为活性剂对焊缝形貌、微观组织和接头显微硬度的影响。结果表明:活性剂的涂敷均会使焊缝熔宽增加、熔深加大,添加粉煤灰活性剂焊件的焊缝硬度和过时效软化区的硬度高于常规焊接件。
The active flux of fly ash was utilized to increase the TIG welding efficiency of high strength aluminum. The effect of active flux on the appearance, microstructure and microhardness of joint was studied by metallographic observation and hardness test. The experiment results show that the weld width and depth are increased, and the hardness of welded bead and HAZ with fly ash as active flux is higher than that without active flux.
