摘要
低氧肺血管重建(hypoxia pulmomary vascular remodeling,HPVR)是多种血管性疾病的主要病理特征,肺动脉平滑肌细胞(pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells,PASMCs)的表型转换是HPVR病理过程中的基本病理变化。文中就HPVR中PASMCs表型转换相关通路研究进展作一综述。
Hypoxia puhnomary vascular remodeling (HPVR) is the predominant pathology characteristic of various vascular diseases, phenotype modulation of PASMCs is the basic pathophysiologic change in the pathophy process of HPVR. This article reviews the current advances in researches on the signaling pathways for phenotype modulation of PASMCs in HPVR.
