摘要 神经病理性疼痛(neuropathic pain,NPP)是外周神经损伤或炎症后产生的一种以顽固性疼痛为主要症状的临床顽疾,其发生机制不清。三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)致痛理论是目前国内外关于NPP研究的热点之一,其基本观点认为异常增多的细胞外ATP(extracellular adenosine triphosphate,excATP)作为神经递质或调质,通过细胞膜上嘌呤能受体的介导引起胶质细胞激活并传递疼痛信号。但是关于excATP来源及其扩散的过程仍未能给出清晰的思路,文中就NPP产生和维持过程中excATP的产生及代谢改变进行综述。 Neuropathic pain is a chronic and stubborn disease induced by peripheral nerve injury or inflammation, however the mechanism remains unclear. The theory on adenosine triphosphate (ATP) -induced pain has become a hot topic in neuropathic pain reseachers. The main point of the theory is that extracellular ATP served as an important neurotransmitter on activating glial cells and mediating nociceptive transmission by binding with P2 purinocetors. It is not clear where the extracellular ATP come from and how it diffuses in nevous system. This review will focus on the research about the origin and eliminition of extrcellular ATP following the neu- ropathic pain.
