液压制动系统真空助力器与制动主缸的优化匹配 被引量:1

摘要 针对乘用车液压制动系统开发过程中真空助力器与制动主缸匹配直接求解比较困难的问题,以真空助力器带制动主缸总成输入力、踏板行程和真空助力器带制动主缸总成输出压力等特性作为约束条件,应用目标求解的方法解决真空助力器与制动主缸匹配选型与优化。理论分析和实践表明,这一方法对解决真空助力器与制动主缸匹配有效。 Typically it is difficult to solve the problem of matching boosters and master cylinders during the development process of vehicle hydraulic brake system. Therefbre a target-oriented method is applied, using actuation input, brake pedal stroke and actuation output as constraints. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the method is effbctive to match boosters and master cylinders.
