摘要
为了研究注浆对破碎围岩巷道支护条件的改善情况,进行了围岩松动圈测试,对松动圈大小进行测定,并根据不同支护形态下巷道围岩松动圈的大小对比支护效果及实施支护后巷道围岩稳定性。结果表明,围岩碎胀变形量与松动圈大小和支护情况密切相关;注浆后松动圈厚度明显减小,未注浆段松动圈厚度为1.5 m,注浆段仅为0.4 m;松动圈大小不仅与围岩的岩性、构造、巷道断面情况等有关,还受到巷道所处范围内地应力及具体施工的影响。
In order to study the improvement of grouting for roadway support conditions of broken surrounding rock, the relaxation zone of surrounding rock is tested, the relaxation zone size is determinated, and according to the relaxation zone size of the surrounding rock in roadway under different support forms, supporting effect and stability of surrounding rock in roadway after implementing support are compared. The results show that the hulking deformation of surrounding rock is closly related with the relaxation zone size and support situation; The thickness of relaxation zone reduces obviously after grouting, in the no grouting part, the thickness of relaxation zone is 1.5 m, and it is only 0.4 m in the grouting part; The relaxation zone size, Not only is related to surrounding rock properties, structure, cross section situation of roadway and so on,but also is influenced by roadway geostress and concrete construction.
