摘要
介绍了用原子荧光光度计测定水中汞的方法。对检测结果进行分析,发现相较于双硫腙分光光度法和冷原子吸收法测定汞,荧光法有快速、简便、灵敏度高、干扰少、线性范围宽、检测限低等优点。
The paper introduces the method of determination of mercury in water by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Test results are analyzed, compared with dithizone spectrophotometry method and cold atomic absorption method, it is found that atomic fluorescence spectrometry has advantages of rapid, simple, high sensitivity, less interference, wide linear range, low detection limit and so on.
